TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your pets are our highest priority. We conduct all of our services with the utmost safety and care. To ensure their safety, please read carefully, understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, all pets must be fully Vaccinated, C5 in dogs and F3 for Cats, with a window of at least 14 days between vaccination and the commencement of services.
SIR WAGS ALOT must be informed of any injuries or illnesses, and current Vet practitioner prior to the commencement of services.
SIR WAGS ALOT must be informed of any behavioral issues or triggers prior to service.
All pets must be up to date with a flea and tick preventative at the time of service. Under no circumstance will SIR WAGS ALOT or its employees take responsibility or be liable for animals that contract illnesses, including but not excluding illnesses from fleas, tick paralysis, Canine Influenza, injury or death whilst in our care.
Whilst SIR WAGS ALOT will do their utmost best to keep your pets safe, the owner is solely responsible for any act, injury (including) death caused by their pet.
We will not sit or walk whilst a female is in heat.
SIR WAGS ALOT takes no responsibility for any harm or Injury caused by your pet whilst in our care. If any pet is deemed by SIR WAGS ALOT to require urgent medical attention, owners will be immediately notified, however if the owner is not reachable, we reserve the right to administer any first aid we feel is required or transportation to a vet of our choice, at the owners expense. This expense is required to be paid within 7 days. If not received within 7 days, a late fee of $5 per day will be charged.
Walks and Pop Ins will be conducted within a 2-3 hour window of requested service time, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Walks are conducted with a maximum of 2 dogs at a time unless otherwise agreed upon. Walks will be conducted on leash and NOT in an off leash area, until a knowledge of said dogs temperament and behavior can be established, and with consent from the owner. SIR WAGS ALOT has the right to change a walk to a pop in, if the weather is deemed not appropriate for walking ie: too hot. Owners will be notified of this change. You will need to notify SIR WAGS ALOT If you don't mind your pet being walked in wet weather, otherwise it is up to the dog walkers discretion as to whether a walk will take place.
SIR WAGS ALOT holds the right to take photos of your pets and use in marketing and or post on their Website and or Social Media. If you DO NOT agree to this, you must notify us before the commencement of service.
PAYMENT / CANCELLATION / REFUNDS
Walk, Beach, Chauffeur and Pop In payments must be received by SIR WAGS ALOT prior or at the commencement of service.
Overnight, Wedding Chaperone and extended stay bookings require a 30% NON REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking to confirm service, with full payment due 48 hrs prior to the commencement of service. If a cancellation occurs once full payment has been made, monies minus the non refundable deposit can be held in credit for future services or refunded to clients requested account.
Cancellations to all services must be made with a minimum of 24hrs notice.
Overnight Stay, Wedding Chaperone and extended stay cancellations made within 24hrs of service will incur a 70% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 12 hrs notice will be charged the FULL booking fee. If an Overnight, Wedding Chaperone or extended stay is cut short prematurely ie: you return home early, all credits will be put aside for future use with SIR WAGS ALOT. If a Walk or Pop in needs to conclude due to poor pet behavior or equipment, a refund will not be given.
Surcharges are applicable for Christmas and New Year period between the 23rd of December and the 5th of January.
